Windows-based Kiosk solution
- an easy to use interface for employees to clock in/out, view captured work time to compare to their final pay stubs, and view their work schedules;
- Built in fingerprint biometric security support to prevent other employees to act as someone else
- Send messages to employees to communicate important information when a meeting may not be possible
- Unscheduled time capture available for when employees may be asked to work at times outside “normal” times.
Web Based
- Offers a simple, mobile friendly, interface for authorized employees to clock in/out for shifts where kiosks may not be practical.
- Capture scheduled or unscheduled clock time
- Show employees work history
- Show employees leave balances
- Allow employees to enter leave requests that will email any supervisor to approve or deny the request

QR Code
QR scanning allows employees who may not have access to log in to either the kiosk or web applications to capture clock time.
Single dated events are set up to allow employees to scan a QR code for their clock in or out, with or without direct employee assignment to a specific job.
Work Force Management
Work Force Managment, the companion application to the EIC, helps you manage the time records captured along with:
- Configure scheduled shifts or events in which to capture clock time from employees.
- Time verification to easily set the time in which to pay an employee with an easy-to-understand expense setup for who is responsible and what was done to determine your budget codes automatically.
- Gross pay calculation for payroll for each pay period you define that knows how to include budget codes in a friendly way.
